Ingredients
2 avocados, sliced
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1 roma tomato seeded and sliced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diced
3 radishes cut into sticks
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 tsp neutral tasting oil
2 T apple cider vinegar
juice of 1 lime
pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all vegetables and combine in a bowl. Whisk the oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice and salt. Gently toss with the vegetables. Serve immediately
