About the Recipe

This Edamame Dip with Pita Chips offers a refreshing and flavorful alternative to traditional dips. Creamy edamame is blended with cilantro, garlic, and a bright citrusy note, while brown miso adds a savory depth and red chili paste provides a gentle warmth. The homemade pita chips are easy to prepare, baked until golden and crispy, and seasoned with smoked paprika for an extra layer of flavor. This pairing makes for a satisfying and wholesome appetizer or snack that's perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 12oz shelled edamame

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1/2 cup cilantro

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp red chili paste

  • store bought pita

  • spray olive oil

  • smoked paprika

  • salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Combine edamame thru chili paste in a food processor, puree until smooth.

Step 2
