Ingredients
12oz shelled edamame
1/2 onion
1/2 cup cilantro
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
1 T brown miso
1 tsp salt
2 tsp red chili paste
store bought pita
spray olive oil
smoked paprika
salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Combine edamame thru chili paste in a food processor, puree until smooth.
Step 2
Cut pita into triangles and place in a single layer on a sheet pan. Spray with oil and dust with smoked paprika and salt. Turn the triangles over and spray and season the second side. Bake for 7 minutes; remove from oven and flip the triangles. Bake for another 7 minutes until light to medium brown, on top.
